her hair - how does the fake stuff look so real?

Watching 2006 and 2007 episodes. In 2006, her hair is a couple of inches. 2007, about 18" or more. It's not her real hair but does anyone know how they made it look so good?

I was convinced it was all hers but seeing pics of her here on IMDB, she never had it even close to that long and hair doesn't grow 9" a year. Also, her hair isn't that thick - if you see from it being short and shoulder length (so please, don't argue that it's all hers - it's not.)

But she has it pulled back so it can't be a wig. It doesn't look like a fake pony tail. But it doesn't look like extensions either. Anyone know? I want hair like that! =)

BH, I'll say this slowly so even you can understand. She is a hot chick. She doesnt have to make excuses for anything.

Some people hair grows very quickly. Nine inches in one year is nothing. When Ghost came out I got my hair cut like Demi Moore's and when I decided to grow it out it only took 9 months until my hair was down past to my shoulders.

Extensions or not, she was hot with long hair. With short hair she looks like a tranvestite.
