Natasha's Hollywood Career

We fans of Natasha Henstridge are dismayed that she didn't make the A list. Natasha broke into the Hollywood biz big time with her big splash in Species back in 1994. Since then she's made the rounds of guest roles on televsision, parts in action and sci-fi, and her own short-lived She Spies tv show in 2001-2002, but that's it. Where's Natasha's break-out Titanic roles? By her own admission, Natasha made ill-advised career choices. She turned down movie roles that became blockbusters. She accepted roles in movies that turned out to be duds. When she realized (or accepted) that sci-fi was one of her strengths, she starred in John Carpenter's "Ghosts of Mars" that proved to be a box office disappointment. It's not for lack of trying. Natasha does have acting ability. She has a great, feminine speaking voice, perfect for the big screen. She's tall, blond, blue-eyed, beautiful, busty, what more could you want? And Natasha has stayed out of trouble almost all her career. Have you ever come across any news scandals about bad behaviour or girls gone wild attitude from her? Canadian actors and actresses appear to be almost uniformly well-behaved compared to their American and Australian counterparts. Natasha has the greatest pair of legs that she showed off in her short, short red mini-dress encased in sheer shiny pantyhose, while attending the Hollywood premiere of James Bond in "Die Another Day" back in 2002. Natasha, I hope you were wearing something over that pantyhose, otherwise bending over would have been too revealing. Yet Natasha never capitalized on her leg pinup glamour possibilities. Her glamourous legs outshone even those of Mary Hart, who is only 5'6" tall. Time is marching on and Natasha's not getting any younger. C'mon, girl, get with it? You got it...show it...flaunt it. Playboy Magazine awaits. What's keeping you?

We fans of Natasha Henstridge are dismayed that she didn't make the A list. I've always wondered who creates and manages this A-List. If right now Paris Hilton is still considered A-List material, maybe it's better not be on it, perhaps it allows Henstridge for a quieter life off the red carpet.

I didn't consider that possibility you invoked...that Natasha Henstridge may have deliberately chosen a less-stressful Hollywood career road. We've all heard about the Hollywood actor or actress who hit the big time and then got caught doing bizarre and highly eccrentric things that revealed big-time stress problems.

Satisfaction and contentment must come from within. Of course you and I don't know what goes on in Natasha Henstridge's mind and heart. She's never been quoted by any media source as being discontented or unhappy with her acting career. We fans projected our own desires and ambitions upon Natasha, which she artfully deflected in order to keep her sanity and well-being. If so, I must congratulate her.

If she ever comes across these emails about her, I hope she takes my advice and does a lot of pinup leg glamour cheesecake photos and posters for prosterity before she grows old.

C'mon, Natasha Henstrige! Get with it!

The paparazzi have made a lot of Actresses in particular perhaps more gun shy in the media. If you look at Julia Roberts, she managed to keep her head out of the spot light/camera flashes. Yet when she started working again like in "Charlie Wilson's War", her profile went up and the paparazzi's went stalking.

Like a lot of ex-models that become actresses sometimes they are reluctant to pose for magazine spreads, or become a spokes-model for a particular brand. If you look though there some very elegant pictures of here out there to keep us fans waiting until she decides to dabble back into modeling.

The A list is created by the audience.
It is generatded by a star who gets people into theaters based on their being in a certain type of movie.

So in the case of an action star, they will drive people to see action movies

Brite and Fresh like a winter day. And try the mint sauce if you dare! No tootsie rolls.

There is no news. There is only the truth of the signal.
