This is a line that John's character, the Oklahoma Cop delivers in the fated movie "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle" The Cop played a very small part but i'm thinking "Wow. Thats hilarious."
I wonder if that were adlibbed or if the writers of this mildly amusing movie thought "who could we get to play a Cop from Oklahoma? JOHN GOODMAN!"

No way i'd waste money on this movie. I watched it on NetFlix (John is 32 minutes in in case you care) It could of been Adlibbed but i've heard people say that John isn't much of an adlibber.

Well i heard people say that in regards to his more serious roles. I think with SNL he'd make an exception. He was the host ever.
