Terri Garr appears, under a slightly altered name, in the hit spoof Airplane. Look closely... she has more than a bit role... quite a few minutes. There is no doubt it is Garr...and the assumed name resembles Terri Garr. Her appearance is unmistakable...though is it her nose (?) that looks different??
The hairdo is shorter.

Terri Garr was NOT in Airplane. I believe you have her confused with an actress named Lee Terri who played Cpt. Oveur's wife. They do in fact bear some resemblance to each other, although I believe Garr was quite more attractive.
