Jennifer Ehle to be Lady Macbeth in NYC!

Great news for American fans! Jennifer Ehle is playing Lady Macbeth opposite Liev Schreiber at New York's Delacorte Theatre. The show, directed by Moises Kaufman, is running from June 13th to July 9th. It's a free event as part of the Shakespeare in the Park public theatre program.

Yeah I reckon Lady Macbeth will suit her. Quite a change from Lizzy, though! But a good challenge.

I don't think Liev Schreiber's too young. Macbeth would be mid 30's-40's, which he is.

But yeah please report back! We live a continent away so have to live through you lucky Americans :)

To the person above me, asking about the runtime...it's about 2 and a half hours, including the break.

Anyway, I thought Jennifer was pretty good last night in "Macbeth". She really carries herself similar to Meryl Streep, I couldn't stop thinking that.
