Career going downhill?
With Jason Bourne not living up to expectation, The Great Wall doesn't seem like a great film either...is his career going downhill?

shareStupid thread.
shareHis career is fine
shareLast year Matt Damon starred in & for long periods of the film carried THE MARTIAN, the highest grossing film of 2015 that wasn't a Pixar movie or a sequel, remake, or spin-off of an existing franchise. This film went on to not only make mountains of cash but also won several awards & even got him a deserved Best Actor nomination. He also currently has the number one film at the Box office in theaters right now. He also has films on the way from Zhang Yimou (say what you will about his casting in The Great Wall but that movie was made for & mostly by Chinese filmmakers & is intentionally designed for a Chinese market & the Chinese WANTED a famous Hollywood & not Chinese actor for the lead role, the film may not make money in the States but it should do very well for the potential Billion filmgoers that live in China), George Clooney & Alexander Payne. Plus he produces a lot of work for TV & is constantly busy.
So no. His career is anything but going downhill. This thread is dumb.
There. It's on the Internet. Thus it's official
are you serious?
shareYeah cause exercising his first amendment rights in a free society must be stopped. We can't have that.
Just as long as you get to keep your guns and deport all Mexicans who cares if you don't have freedom of speech anymore.
http://www.boxofficemojo.com/people/chart/?id=mattdamon.htm Since the last Bourne 9 years ago he has been in 18 movies and 3 have been successful. Chew on that with your Matty Damon kool aid.
shareWhatever. I saw Elysium and enjoyed it.
BTW, to him!
