I thought this year was the year. I thought that Vincent would definitely receive an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a TV series, drama, for his critically acclaimed performance as Wilson Fisk in "Daredevil" for Netflix.
His performance was perfect. The voice, stance, facial expressions, eyes, & hands, the cuff links. I don't know why. Netflix is huge. "Daredevil" did phenomenally well. If not for this performance, then when?

Yes, it is disappointing. He was outstanding.

You are right about that, rhapsody. I understand why the superhero lead actor was not recognized, even though he was quite good.

However, I think Vincent's characterization of the villain was equal to that of Heath Ledger. He was unfairly snubbed.

Maybe next year, as the series has been renewed because of its great success and excellent reviews.
