Here are some avenues that can be used based on his role in the MCU:

A show that is set after 'Infinity War' that involves Rhodey going on missions to quell international instability set off by the snap. The show could also explore the horrific mental effects that the snap had on one of the MCU's heroes.

A show set after 'Endgame' that explores Rhodey's psychological toll. He's been through a lot: he's living with a disability and he has now lost a great friend in Tony. As he goes on new missions for the military, his ever-present trauma begins to get the better of him. (I know 'Spider-man: Far From Home ' already explored Tony's death, but it would be really interesting to see how Tony's death is affecting one of his oldest friends).
