What's the deal with his voice?

He talks as if he doesn't have teeth. Seen RIPD and seventh son and he has this unusual voice

It's probably from a lifetime of chain smoking cigarettes, pot, and now cigars.

Ooooh, you wicked, wicked monkey! Robin Williams in Mrs. Doubtfire

I thought he has recently started sounding like he was talking while holding an ice cube on his tongue. It was more pronounced in Iron Man. In the scene where he was talking to RDJ he had a glass in his hand, and it seemed as if he had taken a sip from it and he sounded like he was still holding it in his mouth while he was talking.

I think he's just making an attempt at accents, because I was listening to him on Howard Stern and they're equipment is so good that you can hear their voices REALLY good. He sounded normal.

reply

He sounds like he's got a mouthful of "manure." He should either stop or just retire and stfu.

reply

Hmm, so he sounded normal?
I have wondered if maybe Jeff has false teeth now.
My grandfather has had them for years. I didn't know until I visited him at the hospital and he had them out. They kinda changed his look quite a bit. I think Carrie Fisher may have them, too, after seeing Force Awakens. Yes, she is older, but the structure around her mouth looks different, more than just standard plastic surgery should, I think.
This makes me think Jeff had something like that done. It makes no sense to make an accent in completely different roles.

Quote abuse.

It was self-defense. His voice was abusing my ears! (sarcasm abuse ;+0)
