I think she buys her wardrobe at either a Salvation Army or thrift store. Seriously, have you looked at the pics of her ? It's almost like she's intentionally picking out clothing that she knows is absolutely hideous just to see what people's reaction will be. She wants to see if anybody has the guts to just straight out tell her how horrible her outfit is instead of pretending to like it.
