shareThat's what I was thinking too. I get the impression people are quick to judge based on her style. I think there are indeed people who are (or who think they are) wiccan or pagan, and actually try to emulate HBC look as a part of the mystery.
But from what I've seen of her presence across the decades, this is just a very natural style for her, and she's not trying to pose or pretend or give off airs of being any one thing or another.
I do think some folks are making false correlations because her style is reminiscent of Victorian Goth. I've always been crushed out on her and think she is absolutely stunning, and I like her unique individuality. She set a bar that others strive to achieve.
