Character not listed

Anyone who knows the name of this movie please help, since I can't seem to find it anywhere on IMDB.
I've caught a movie Ellen is in twice now but not from the beginning where she plays a high powered attorney named Elizabeth (never got the last name of the character) who's defending Oliver Platt's character named Weldon, who is going to be prosecuted for keeping a journal about molesting children, even though he's never acted on these desires. The DA is played by Kerry Washington.
The movie is made up of shorts. Another short has Bobby Cannavale trying to prosecute a high school art student who plants fake "bombs" throughout his school's gym with the words "death" on it. However, Bobby's boss keeps getting in his way.
