shareHe clearly had to be wearing some kind of wig or hair piece while on Chuck. I never noticed until I just started watching The Last Ship and he has a bald spot in the back and thin up front. Now I'm just curious how long he's been hiding it... since Firefly? And why he'd finally stop?

If you listen to any interviews he does, he unabashadly admits to wearing a rug when the producers ask him too. But he doesnt do it for his own vanity. Which is why you see him without it.
