Pronunciation
How does one correctly pronounce "Agutter"?
shareRhymes with "FLAG getter," if said with an English soft "R" at the end. Not like channels for rain/waste water.
shareThank you.
shareNo, Nanook, “u” and “e” do not sound the same, though they are both vowels. Her name is A-gutter, properly spoken.
It’s sad that Bozo needed to ask.
What's sad is that you bumped a 6-month old post so you could correct Nanook and make fun of stev, but you're also wrong. In fact, Nanook is closer than you.
Her name is pronounced "a-guh-tur", not a synonym for a drainpipe as you suggest.

I agree that Kane is a dooshbag but, A-gutter and "a-guh-tur" are pronounced the exact same.....
shareHe's missing an accent, those two are not pronounced the same.
shareListen Ahmed, if you're in America, they are pronounced the same.
shareShe's British moron. Watch the clip and tell me that's the same thing as "a gutter" (drainpipe)
shareAlright I just watched the clip. I stand by my original comment that A-gutter and "a-guh-tur" are pronounced the same. In the clip he pronounces it, "AH-gutah." So you were wrong with your "a-guh-tur."
shareOn one hand, I feel like I've finally "made it" here getting a reply from you, but on the other, I'm a little disappointed you were so easy on me. :D
Since I just watched Poltergeist 2 recently for the first time in ages, I have to ask, does the "R" stand for "Reverend?"
Reverend is abbreviated to Rev.
Nanook of the North turned 100 years!
You never know. He could have been feeling lazy that day. And the secret to my youthful appearance is sub-zero temperatures and seal blubber.
The cool thing about my namesake is though he is stone-faced on the iconic cover, in the film he was often grinning.
A-gutter. As "in the gutter"
