The grey, super, the strangers, lord of the ring, she is always a wife in every movie

Why is she always a wife in so many films

I haven’t seen any of her recent movies. But when she was young she didn’t play the wife. Empire Records and Stealing Beauty come to mind, there are probably more. Oh yeah, I think she played Bruce Willis’s daughter in Armagedon. In That Thing That You Do she was a girlfriend I think. :)

Well yes she cannot play a wife when she is child, except maybe in some indian country or iran or somewhere like that

Well, in Armageddon she was 21,
Empire Records 18, in Stealing Beauty and That Thing That You Do! she was 19.

She could have played a young wife technically. 🤔

This did not last long before she start being a wife in every movie.

She is hulk wife also. So hulk wife, aragorn wife...she is too many peoples wife

She probably just likes to be a wife. :)

Or she’s been typecast and doesn’t know how to get out of it.

When she’ll be old enough next stage will be playing a widow.

She was not Hulk’s wife. She was an ex girlfriend. As for Aragorn, she was only a wife at the end.

Um, actually she has played girlfriends, not wives, for the most part. It's called type-casting. It's one of her strengths as an actress, but it's also limiting for a lot of actors, because they can't find as many jobs within just one area of acting.
