Name of film changed

You would expect IMDb to keep up with the name change at least in English. This movie was initially called the eyes of an angel but is now labeled The Tender in TV listings.
I couldn't find a thing about it on this site until I tried looking Ellie Raabs film credits. I guess no app is perfect.

The movie was originally titled "The Tender" and was filmed in 1989 and was set for a September 1991 release in the US. For whatever reason it was not released in the US, however it was released in France. Three years later after Travolta's comeback in 1994's Pulp Fiction, it was released on video under the title of Eyes of an Angle. I guess they go back forth with the titles when they show it on TV.
