But it will be tolerated.....Primarily because those that *should* punish Smith, are too scared of being labelled 'Racist'.....regardless that he struck a fellow black man.
The very same way that BLM (or anyone else) never address Black-On-Black murder statistics, without being accused of the very same.

yes, Obama would explain it as centuries of opression which causes black on black violence, lol
