Long, drawn-out, old man stories about sickness, hip-replacement surgery, mental decay, estrangement from children, repentance and death, aren't all these things supposed to be perfect escapist film material for us youngsters, since these are all concerns alien to our every day lives and problems?
In fact, the fast paced flicks about intrepid protagonists banging gorgeous chicks in between two explosions while doing coke with one hand and firing a G-36 at Godzilla with the other, should really be aimed at senior citizen, shouldn't they?
