I don't think she has one? And she should. Meg Ryan is one of the most famous actresses in recent history, not just in the USA, if she didn't deserve an Oscar, at least the Star she did.

shareGetting a star is not an "award", it's actually something the stars have to pay for themselves.
Sure, they have to submit their name and get on the list, but for somebody as prominent as Meg she could most likely have one within a year or two - if she cared enough about it to buy one.
Apparently she doesn't, nor do many famous actors - as they know it's just a publicity stunt put on by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and not an actual award.
