She is good looking.
I don't usually like it when a woman has hair that isn't long... but I can honestly say Meg Ryan is attractive.
I've never thought of her as ugly... but if anything... she's pretty.
Just my opinion.
Her plastic surgery looks fine, and the nosejob was well-done.
