As a brunette, Jennifer Connolly comes to mind. Though Jennifer isn't packing the six-guns quite like Mimi.

Otherwise, we're talkin a statuesque bosomy blond with a big derriere too like Anita Ekberg. Maybe also Irish McCalla (however, again, without quite the thwackability of Mimi).

Catherine Keener is an excellent comparison, with a bit of Andie MacDowell thrown in. I don't see the Jennifer Connelly resemblance as much as the others.
