Anyone help identify this movie she maybe had a cameo and about 3-10 minutes on screen for this scene at a diner the movie was bit like peewee's play house or something (and this was in the 2000's or 98 when she was grown up after adam's family stuff

Not sure of the title but the time frame you mentioned is when she was at her heaviest. That was no suit - that was her in all her curvy glory! Read somewhere that she was drinking a lot (and possibly drugs)...then Vincent Gallo made some public remarks about her being fat (in his film Buffalo 66) and after that she was pretty much thin but I miss her look from that era. (sigh)
