Parker is awesome, and I just noticed similarities between her and Rachel McAdams.. does anyone agree they look quite alike?

Yes, there is a strong resemblance, I think Rachel McCutie is prettier but parker is foxier. The real difference is in the Eyes & mouth.
The Parker Eye orbits have a 10 degree or so upward tilt and her eyes are almond shaped, Also Her Smile is bigger Along with fuller lips.
Rachel has more rounded even level eyes (blues/gray at that)
Rachel's body is perfection IMO.

The only two similarities I've seen between Parker and others are a) Katharine Hepburn and b) Elizabeth Banks--she sorta looks like her from certain angles, and she sounds and acts just like her.

I think Parker looks kind of like Selma Blair, and Lara Flynn Boyle. Don't see the Rachel McAdams resemblence, other than that they are both lovely.

Yeah in the face she reminds me a bit of Lara Flynn Boyle, but she has a much better body than Lara!
When I saw the receptionist in the Spiderman trilogy I thought she was played by Parker Posey, but it was actually Elizabeth Banks, I'd say she looks more like Parker Posey than McAdams does.
