Once again, he did not say it in 2013, nor did he say it in The Sydney Morning Herald.
He said it in a 2010 interview for 'How Do You Know'. That interview got re-posted in 2013 after the retirement rumors came in. Jack personally has never responded to the retirement rumors.
Recently Jack has been a bit more in the public eye than he had been the last few years. Gave a few interviews about Kobe Bryant retiring and did an interview for 'The Fight Game with Jim Lampley' about the passing of Muhammad Ali.
Hes almost 80, let the man enjoy retirement.
He will be 80 in April. Maybe he decided he did not want to keep getting up early in the morning to make films.
It is not as if he is impoverished.
He said Jack Nicholson is one soiled son of a bitch. At his age I'd probably piss myself every now and then too.
