Maybe Hugh got smart and/or lucky. Ms Hurley is certainly no prize in the relationship department 1. Stephen Byng wouldn't acknowledge paternity of Damien without a legal struggle 2. She cheated on her husband Arun with a cricket player. Hugh just saved himself a lifetime of grief.

Well, Hugh Grant is no better – look at what he did after the split from her: got with a few other women, had three children by two women, committed to neither of them. And seems he barely knew them before he had children with them. Not only that, but both of them are from completely different cultures and ethnic backgrounds from him, so the children are going to be quite mixed up, not to mention deprived of a stable home life with two parents.

Makes you wonder why he split up with Liz Hurley in the first place, since they apparently have more than just a dating history and ethnic background in common – they both have similar records, commitment-wise. They should've just stayed together and had a kid, instead of all of this having kids by multiple people business. It's quite disgusting.
