Idiosyncrasies and dodgy movies are one thing, but Nicholas Cage isn't a bad actor. He can be great. I'd say there on a par with each other, possibly even going so far as to argue that Cage may even have a stronger performance in his back catalogue.

I love Ethan, but he is not better than Cage. In fact, Ethan has stated Cage as the best actor in the business.
