How Do I get a Sailor Moon Screenplay in Her Hands
Any info would be appreciated.
shareWouldn't she already have one?
shareWell, if you already have the script written, there are a few channels you have to go through. First you have to run it through the WGA, that's a mandatory first step before you even THINK about sending it to a studio. Once it's past the WGA, I'm sure they will tell you what steps to take next. They would also know the studio that presently owns the rights to Sailor Moon and you would need their approval. Now, let's say the studio approves of your idea and they agree that Geena Davis would be ideal for a role, their people would get in touch with her agent, fees and scheduling would be discussed and if she's agreeable, she would consider being in the movie.
I'd have to say, though, you'd have a better shot with an idea of your own. Less channels to go through.
This post made me laugh. Way to drop the business sense on a naieve fan.
