Absoulte Loser

Used to be funny and self deprecating. Now he became political and somewhat shady with the girlfriend business. Also he is a huge hypocrite (begging for a role in Kick-Ass 2 and then refusing to promote it because of the violence and using Sandy Hook as an excuse, but keeping the paycheck and not donating a cent to anti-gun organizations). If you have political views that is fine, but slamming people who have differing views from you is just childish. Finally, he seems to have an overinflated ego. I recently saw an interview with him and the interviewer was saying how at one point he was the biggest movie star and he cut her off and said "I still am." The interview then seemed awkward till the end. Sad.

Maybe he was kidding. He's still very popular I think. I like him. He has become more diverse in roles.

But I agree total loser.

My main critique of him is that he couldve been with super hot babes and was. Cameron Diaz and the girl from Dumb & Dumber Holden I think and he left them and never did anything good with anyone. Just dated stupid women and dumped them. As if he is really a big shot. It was very disappointing finding all about that gf thing when the guy is so talented.

also forgot to include Renee Zellweger back in the day.

I am sure he is a complete notso after reading about his herpes and gf stories which might cost him his life. Adding I think he's also a nutso politically. He is a spokeman for a ridiculous religion which he is paid for. The kick ass 2 thing was also very stupid as if he hadnt done bad media films in the past or like you said he did the film anyway and didnt donate shit. He is full of shit and many fans now seem him as a creep which why his acting stock has fallen so much.

Totally agree on both..

I'll always watch his movies, but the guy is becoming a major loser..totally unglued (like his Scrooge, very thrilling as well as enchanting take on Dickens by the way)..so sad to see talent go to waste...

I still will always fondly remember his movies and "pre-political" self, though.
