I'm watching the newest episode of curb your enthusiasm: meet the blacks or something and I swear to god Tia was Richard Lewis's girlfriend on the episode...did anyone else see it? but she isn't listed in it on here.

On her official website, it does say that she was supposed to be in Curb Your Enthusiasm this year, so it probably was her that you saw.

It was her. But "Cha cha"? Why that name?
