All those drugs he took, he could have ODed many years prior.

Or suicided under the effects of drugs.

Or accidentally killed someone and ended up in jail, having shot a TV (once the bullets went into the next hotel room).

Or he could have been murdered by one of his Memphis Mafia for treating them like dirt and sleeping with their women (sometimes even their wife).

Or killed by Pricillia's father for breaking his vow not to sleep with her when she moved in at 16 (yes they were sleeping together).

42, in light of all of this, is a pretty long life.

1. Priscilla moved in when she was almost 18 in 1963, not 16. She visited him at 17. They kissed and petted but did not have sex until they married when she was 3 weeks shy of 22. She has said this repeatedly over and over.

Fyi her birthday is May 24, 1945. Do the math.

2. Elvis only slept with 1 gf of the MM, Jerry Schilling. And it was Schilling's mistress, not wife. And he fessed up to Schilling. Another is his step brother, Billy Stanley, his wife tried seducing Elvis and Elvis almost slept with her but backed off and told Billy what his wife tried to do.
