No, it still makes me sad. He was one of the last greats in the fading golden era. We don't have men like him today to look up to and put up on that pedestal. I don't even think it's possible with today's technology for any celebrity, let alone Paul Newman, to have stayed that great, for that long, in today's era. People know everything there is to know about their celebrities. He came from the less is more era, which is the right way to go.
Btw, I still love this short interview with Paul and his wife. It always makes me tear up when his wife revealed what makes her marriage great, which of course is laughter. I couldn't agree more. People just don't laugh enough. Don't settle until you find a love like that or someone who can make you laugh daily.
