...Garland gave the greatest concert of her life at New York's Carnegie Hall. The resulting double LP hit #1 on Billboard and remained in the top position for a total of 13 weeks.

Go to YouTube and treat yourself to "Chicago", "Stormy Weather", or any of the fantastic selections on this great album. You won't be disappointed.

Quite possibly, the single greatest live album ever made.

I'm a fan of her singing in her earlier years--the late 1930s to the early 1950s--but I don't really care for the manic belting of her later period.
