He's just swapped for a CGI werewolf with very little transformation being shown (and what little is shown happens too quickly to really see unless you slow down the video), and most of his clothes magically vanish. If that's the most realistic "man turning into a werewolf" scene you've ever seen, I'm guessing you've never seen the famous one in An American Werewolf in London (1981):

American Werewolf IN London is the most overrated pile of fuck compared to The HOWLING in its transformations that took it's sweet time and was in no hurry to stop and I'm almost 59 and saw this movie when you were nothing more than sperm in your Dad's dick..
