Holy piss, look at all those AC units. This would be a nightmare to maintain.
shareYou would need a huge staff to properly clean and maintain. It was purchased at auction by a guy I never heard of, who founded a fashion company I never heard of: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fashion_Nova
To me, this isn’t a home, it’s a very large hotel.
It’s too big - most of it won’t get used.
I’d be happy with the guest house.
The guy doing the video said the very same thing, about the guest house that is :)
shareThere were parts of it that I really liked (towards the end of the video, they showed the main living area, where the owner was supposed to live). I would probably do away with the rest of the property and just have that bit.
My wife would get lost, lol. She’d be constantly phoning me to come and find her, lol.
As a guy with real estate interests I thought you might find this guy's videos interesting (Arvin Haddad). I found them a few weeks ago and find his commentary interesting and fun.
I would have like to have seen the kitchen (there must be more than one, the main one must be huge) and some of the less glamourous areas--for example are there staff quarters? There must be for such a large property. In other words show a little of the Upstairs, Downstairs aspect.
Antonio ‘Scarface’ Montana would have considered this house ostentatious.
