Extremely needed extra long re-caps on seasonal shows w/lengthy time between seasons
One thing I would like to see more of is extended recaps of serial programs, especially those with long intervals between seasons.
I just tried to watch the fourth season of Berlin Babylon and another series and was clueless about who the supporting characters were or parts of the plots of previous seasons.
This is one reason why I appreciate how some seasonal shows end for a season - they both tie up loose ends while still being able to use aspects of cliffhangers.
