A number of MovieChat people opened accounts there when MC was having its problems a few weeks ago and there was fear the site would crash altogether. But I seem to be the only one from here who has since then started to post there regularly (other than the aforementioned Hownos and Allaby). BillHicksFan posts there, too, under a different name.
I like playing the games there (like Bakers Dozen stuff), but so far don't engage in any social activity (like joking around). The social aspect is easier here, where lots of people congregate on a single board--GD--and the posting format here (nested threads) is better for social interaction than the strictly chronological order of Movie Forums.
Why did your question to the mod get deleted? I thought it was a good question. How could he visit with a deleted account?
shareI deleted it. It occurred to me that someone doesn't have to register to just view threads. But that doesn't answer the question of how did Moderator5 know. I'll re-post my question.
