One American tourist dead in Iceland following ice cave collapse

I was just in Iceland last month. Beautiful country. Decided against ice caving because I figured it would be more impressive in winter.

Crazy they would do ice caving in summer with risk of ice melting and collapse.

Sad news. One of the places to visit on my bucket list .

You won't regret it. My suggestion is to rent a car and explore things on your own rather than a guided tour. Also, skip Blue Lagoon; it's a tourist trap. There are other Icelandic hot springs that are actually authentic.

The glacier is about 300 kilometers (185 miles) from a volcano that erupted Friday on the Reykjanes Peninsula in southwestern Iceland.

What could go wrong?

I read this headline and thought it was going to be one of your puns.

My plan has always been to make people second guess clicking topics.

I thought your plan was to replace Gene Simmons as the lead singer of KISS?

reply

Why the hell would I want to join KISS?

reply

Why wouldn't you?

reply

Why would I inflict more KISS "music" to the world?

reply

Oh, I thought your hatred for Gene Simmons was based on jealousy.
