Well, a couple things.

If you put your life at risk and expect others to put their life at risk to save you - zero sympathy for you.

911 operator could have been nicer in the call.

The person taking the call was on their last day there, having given two weeks notice. In future it might be better to not make employees work their notice.

They were unsympathetic to the caller’s plight and were obviously not a good fit for the role.
