I know a lot of people here say reality shows are crap, but I think there is a lot of variations in the genre. If you get an interesting idea, with more importantly, unique people, it can be a fun/interesting genre.
I'm really loving The Trust on Netflix. Genuinely nice people, with interesting questions, and twist.

It's all lies, Bob Ross is the only reality TV I give a shit about, THAT guy was worth watching.
I watch Bob Ross reruns at least five times a week.
Many are binge worthy like Mountain Men, Dual Survival, and American Pickers.

Cops is a classic but sort of played out now.
The first few seasons of American Idol were a lot of fun.
Celebrity Apprentice was a lot of fun.
American Restoration was pretty good.
Storage Wars was enjoyable, but got a little played out.
Hollywood Treasure I liked, it didn't last long
Auction Kings was enjoyable while it lasted.
I've always been a fan of Pawn Stars.
And of course the respectable one, Antiques Roadshow (not sure it is strictly speaking a reality show)
American Pickers is okay too
