You know He's probably got a betting interest in the outcome, he's no dummy! It's not luck, it's not skill, it's all decided by the Omnipotence to increase his bank account!

This is similar to people whose lives were saved by doctors then they thank God for their recovery.

I'll say one thing for today's youth: you lack Spirituality and have 0 faith in anything, but I suppose this is what happens when 1/2 the world is divided over using the phrase "Thank God" when winning a game

Every time I hear an athlete thank God for their victory, I assume all the losers are simultaneously cursing God for their loss and swearing allegiance to Satan.

I think it is nice when an athlete or celebrity acknowledges that there might be something bigger and more important than themselves. As long as they don't overdo it/get preachy.
