Here is my leg workout routine.
I just started getting back to the gym and working out hard. ποΈββοΈ πͺ
Tomorrow is Leg day:
4x5 Squat
4x5 Leg Press
3x20 Calf Raises
3x10 Leg Curl
2x10 Bulgarian Split Squats
2x10+ Lunges
Suggestions? Advice? Or what is your leg workout routine?
