We left Ho Chi Minh City this morning, whilst we were there we went to the Saigon Skydeck in the Bitexco Financial Tower: -

It’s all relative I suppose. It’s a top resort and fairly expensive for SE Asia, but extremely cheap compared with hotels in The West.

Nice. Did you see Ha Long Bay? I've always thought South East Asia would be a cool place to visit. Either Vietnam or Laos would be my pick.

Not on this occasion. We plan on doing it next time when we’ll take in Hanoi too.

I’ve been heading to SE Asia for nearly 40 years - it’s a wonderful part of the world.

Not at all. I have no family apart from my wife, who’s Indonesian 🇮🇩 and my daughter who has never been in the UK for Christmas or New Year.
