Jesus parents Mary and Joseph
Does the bible say what happened to them?
shareJoseph is believed to have passed before Jesus started his mission. Mary Ascended: she was taken to Heaven alive by angels.
shareSo Mary didn't die?

Mary's ascension is a Catholic invention.
shareand it's relatively recent, 1950

Although the holiday goes by many different names -- Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God, and the Feast of the Assumption to name a few -- it has been celebrated since the fourth century C.E.
In 1950, Pope Pius XII declared the Assumption of Mary official dogma of the Roman Catholic Church. The Catholic Church teaches that the Virgin Mary "having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory."
Catholics celebrate the Ascension of Jesus and the Assumption of Mary. I had always "assumed" that the distinction was that the Apostles actually witnessed the Ascension of Jesus, and no one witnessed the Assumption of Mary. Perhaps it's a distinction without a difference.
The Cathedral of Toledo in Spain was originally a Visigoth Christian Church, then it was a Muslim Mosque, and then it was a Gothic Cathedral. Within this Cathedral is a spot where Mary descended to earth...

Females were written out of the bible history.
The Vatican needs to print an un-edited version from ALL their records.
Talk about a best seller.
You probably need to learn Hebrew or Aramaic to read such a book
shareThe Vatican has already chosen which gospels they accept and which they don't.
The books which were not included in the Bible are called The Apocrypha. There are also many Gnostic Gospels like the Gospel of Mary and the Gospel of Judas.
It's not stated but they both went on to run a small carpet cleaning business with Ted and Annette.
