List the first 5 movies that pop into your head and Dr. samoanjoes will diagnose you.

No cheating. It doesn't matter how stupid the movies are. I shall diagnose what kind of person you are based on the results.

Mr, StoneKeeper, I'd like to thank you for coming into my office. After much consideration, I have decided that you like to have fun for the most part, but you are not shy to days where you want to absorb serious subject matters. I prescribe nothing because none is needed.

The shinning
Dennis the menace
Jarrasic park
Buffalo 66
Mortal kombat

reply

You are a kid at heart who enjoys 90s films. I prescribe a trip down nostalgia lane.

This seems to be a problem. In order to break out of this endless cycle, the only possible cure would be to see another Gene Hackman film. I suggest three doses of "Unforgiven".

reply

I saw Night Moves with Hackman, but I came away with the feeling that all was going around in circles.

DUDE...I ACTUALLY ENJOY MOOSEPORT...HOWEVER...YOU GOTTA CHECK OUT 1973'S SCARECROW...MY PERSONAL FAVORITE GENE HACKMAN PERFORMANCE...PLUS YOU GET A DELIGHTFUL AL PACINO IN THE SECOND LEAD.

Fine. Fine!
I’ll report back.

reply

Ok. Reporting back after seeing Scarecrow (1973). Beautiful film, sad and yet not without hope or light. Great acting. It’s amazing that there was a time in which little stories like this one could be made with major star talent in leading roles.

I'M GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT...IT IS THE FIRST FILM I THINK OF WHEN HACKMAN IS MENTIONED.

Jaws
Close encounters of the third kind
Raiders of the lost ark

The problem here is clear and the only solution is to meet Spielberg himself.

Fine, I'll do it.

CUTIES.
FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC.
A SERBIAN FILM.
SALO, OR THE 120 DAYS OF SODOM.
YOU'VE GOT MAIL.

reply

I have taken some serious consideration to this, and I prescribe to get the hell away from Allaby as he's having influence on you.

reply

The first one....? Why Cuties?😭

reply

That's a powerful film about a girl in emotional turmoil caught between two opposing cultures.

reply

Don't defend that "film"

reply

Did you see it?

reply

Course not.

I knew you'd ask that.

reply

The film is French. Most Americans are too juvenile to watch it.

You probably believe Michelangelo's artwork is pornography and Shakespeare's Hamlet and Romeo & Juliet should be banned from schools like they believe in Florida.

reply

I'm not going to waste my time watching such a film. Certain people will use any defense they can, I don't care if it's French, American, Spanish, Russian, I don't care. I'm not watching it. There's nothing "powerful" about it, and it isn't juvenile to dislike something that's graphically disrespectful and explicitly contradicts it's own message.

You're making assumptions based on my one view you disagree with. I don't care about Michelangelo's artwork, I don't know if it's pornography or not. I don't have time to worry about it. I don't think Romeo and Juliet should be "banned," but I think it's overrated as required reading in school. Shakespeare has many better plays than that one. (Like a modern movie can be compared with those things anyways.) Unlike them, "Cuties" is actually offensive.

reply

You're harshly criticizing a film you never watched and don't understand. The film is about France, therefore it's origin is important. I doubt that you know the film's message.

You don't know if Michelangelo's masterpieces are pornographic? Would that include his painting on the ceiling of the The Sistine Chapel at the Vatican?

Shakespeare is overrated?
At least three are banned: “Romeo and Juliet,” “Hamlet” and “Macbeth.”

reply

Oh I know the message and I'm not going to subject myself to it.

So you said "I probably think his work is pornographic" when I never said that and then you're essentially saying it is after making it seem like a bad thing if I were to think so.

Of course someone defending the film "Cuties" would twist my words around. You know I didn't say Shakespeare is overrated. I said Romeo and Juliet is and that he has better plays. Is that calling him overrated if I said I like his other stories? They're not banned where I am by the way. We read all those stories in school.

I'm not going to continue this thread because the OP was supposed to be a fun topic. Plus, I'm sure this has already been argued numerous times on it's own board. If you need to continue the discussion, message me.

reply

What's the message?

"I don't care about Michelangelo's artwork, I don't know if it's pornography or not."
It's not!!!!!

The ban isn't only "Romeo and Juliet". Several of Shakespeare plays have been banned.

Not really. That board is filled with QAnoners who haven't seen the film. If they didn't whine so much about the film, it wouldn't have appeared in Trending which was free promotion for it.

reply

1. Blacula
2. Serpico
3. Zombeaver
4. Crocodile Dundee part 1
5. Cocaine Bear

reply

There seems to be a problem here. I feel your list is incomplete, therefore I prescribe to you the 2010 classic "Nude Nuns With Big Guns". All should be okay after that.

reply

Blue Crush (2002)
Grease
Boogie Nights
PeeWee's Big Adventure
Halloween 3:Season of the Witch

This was the stack of movies I had by my TV tonight.

reply

While Boogie Nights is a massive plus, I feel that Grease is a major detriment to your health. You must get rid of it before you end up watching more musicals.

reply

I don't think there's anything wrong with liking a few musicals. One of my favorites I recently discovered is called "Voyage of the Rock Aliens" its a ton of fun and the music isxreally catchy.

reply

There are many entertaining musicals like Grease. Doctor Sam is missing out.

reply

Zardoz
Lifeforce
Team America
Night of the Living Dead
Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood

reply

Yo Satan. Once upon a time in Hollywood is fantastic. The ending slays it. Props.

reply

Diverse list, but coming from Satan2016, your list is not satanic enough. I recommend 3 doses of the first Exorcist film.
