I was a senior at high school at the time
All my friends & basically everyone around me had seen it.

I stood my ground. No matter how much people talked about it, I unequivocally refused to watch it.

Almost 2 decades later & I have no regrets on "missing out" on that bizarre fad.

Late 90s saw a picture of a guy that just got in a motorcycle accident and his jaw was fully detached. It was posted on a site called "rotten" or something or the other.

I saw a video of a kid who jumped into water but he missed the water and fell face first into concrete. His face literally split open, eyes hanging out and everything and he was still conscious. It was horrible and I can't get that image out of my head. That video messed me up, poor kid.
