Telluride, Colorado, but only if I could afford private helicopter rides there, as well as a house in Telluride. It's a lovely and charming town, set in the stunning San Juan Mountains, but damn it's a six-hour drive from any major airport!
Or Melbourne, Australia. Because I wouldn't mind establishing a foothold there.
Pinetop/Lakeside, Arizona One of the few colder locations here, with good fishing.
