I strongly disagree.
A positive father figure teaches a young lady what she should expect from a man in terms of earnings, housing and security and teaches his boy how to be a man and work.

Active, steadfast and money earning men are vital to society and nice neighborhoods.

I love my mother, and I think most of my siblings (4) are closer to her, but I'm "my father's son" :) I look a lot like him, as well

So wrong. Not having a strong father presence in families is a major problem - at least in the US.

And frankly, Im so tired of man bashing and women who blame men for all of the problems in the world.
