So I brought my laptop into work today. My co-worker was shocked that I only had 3 icons on my desktop (trash, downloads and miscellaneous). I asked him how many he had and he claimed to have around 25. I find that insane and a lack of organization.
shareI use a Mac Mini, and my desktop is pretty much clean. All the programs I use are in the launcher.
Yeah, I know, the Apple is overpriced and all that, but I like my Mac for everyday tasks. The price on the mini wasn't too bad.
I used to have a Mac back in the day (G3) and the launcher was great. I stopped using Mac because a lot of things weren't compatible with it.

Einstein is wrong on this one. There can be a lot of books and papers on his desk, but they can still be organized neatly.
shareI have only two. Brave Browser is a memory whore.
shareI only use Brave on my phone. It's a weird browser because sometimes when I minimize it, it closes after a certain amount of time away. Sometimes it even closes as soon as I minimize.
shareI got it on my phone (Samsung) as well. Works fine.
Might be a phone setting thing. Check to see if your cell auto closes the Brave app or if another utilities like app closes open apps, after a sum period of time.

share100 icons and folders with former desks icons. Most are articles which I haven't read, links to articles I haven't read and information. My universe is very chaotic these days.

shareI just added a few more. I just installed two more browsers, Chrome and Opera, so I have their icons on my desktop now.
I created a folder and dumped a few dozen icons in there.
I used to have icons covering almost the entire screen at work and home.
I'll go thru everything eventually.
