What's your favourite Pizza

My favorite is sausage and mushroom, but I also like a white broccoli and garlic.

If anyone is in some of the quality pizza belts (like New Haven, CT), a straight tomato pie is outfreakingstanding. Just a thin well fermented crust, fresh San Marzano tomatoes, and a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano. That's it, no mozz. It doesn't sound good on paper but they are amazing.

If you get a tomato pie at places like Pizza Hutt, Dominoes, Costco, etc., your dog won't even eat it.

For a regular pizza place my benchmark is pepperoni with garlic powder and oregano, but if available, my perfect pizza is:

Pesto instead of red sauce - try it
Pepperoni
Black olives
Crushed garlic

IME with red sauce the olives tend to dominate, but with the pesto, it’s savory perfection.

Regular pizza.

Feta is an underrated topping.

Pepperoni, onions, and belle peppers.
