shareI knew someone would say that, but it is a savory fruit, not sweet, and therein lies the disgusting problem with pineapple. And I'm not all that keen on tomato chunks as a topping. Those fuckers always stay way hotter than the rest of the pizza and end up burning my tongue!

shareIt's best fresh by itself. It's also good in fruit salads or pineapple upside-down cake, which are both sweet items, unlike pizza, which is salty. How it became a pizza topping is beyond me.
shareAs a Canadian, I am disgusted a Canadian came up with pineapple on pizza. Thankfully they call it Hawaiian pizza so we can deflect them blame to them.
